Minimum order
  1. Minimum shippable order amount is US$50.
  2. Orders less than US$50 will incur a charge of US$5.
  3. On some items like small screws and other hardwares, minimum quantity per pkg applies due to its very small size and amount per piece.

Payment Method

We accept payments via bank wire-transfer.

During your order checkout, our system will provide you with your purchase details and invoice total.

Upon your confirmation, the invoice total will be directed to the payment channel of your choice.

For payments via bank wire-transfer, our bank information is shown during order check-out. Kindly include the actual shipping charge when making the wire-transfer. We will email you the invoice total (inclusive of shipping charges) for your reference.

Delivery Method

All international orders ship via DHL Worlwide Parcel Express unless you opt for a different courier of your choice. Customer is responsible for all customs and import charges.

Due to the wide variation in parts/products sizes that ship by dimensional weight (because heli-parts are generally very light), we determine your shipping charge after your box is packed. We use the DHL Shipping Calculator to get the correct shipping charge for your destination. THEREFORE, your online ORDER CONFIRMATION FORM does NOT include shipping charges !! We will email you the total bill or Proforma Invoice of your order (inclusive of shipping charges) for your reference and confirmation.

Shipment Discrepancies:

Discrepancies such as missing item, errors in quantity and incorrect item shipped, should be reported within 7 days of the receipt of shipment to sales@realheli.com. Please prepare a summary note of the discrepancies and indicate your order, items, quantities and invoice number.

For shipping damages: If a box looks damaged upon receipt, let the driver know about the situation immediately and if there is damage, contact sales@realheli.com for further instruction. Please do not return damaged boxes, throw away the boxes or any of the contents, or go through any of the contents. The insurance claims with the shipping company may require further inspection.

Warranty and Return Policy

RealHeli offers a one year limited warranty on manufacturing defect of materials and workmanship on most products from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover breakage from crashes or improper installation/removal as well as the normal wear and tear associated with the type of flying you do.

Customers will need to return any RealHeli product that requires warranty servicing directly to the RealHeli factory.

Customers are required to send us an e-mail request at sales@realheli.com for an arrangement.

Proof of purchase will be required.
